Policy re Late arrival for appointment

To ensure that all patients receive the time and attention they need, we ask that you arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time in order to check in.

We understand that delays happen and sometimes are unpreventable. Arriving late can have a knock-on effect on other patients and the smooth running of the clinic.

Patients arriving more than 15 minutes after their scheduled appointment time will be asked to reschedule their appointment.
